    My counseling approach centers around supporting individuals and families explore human development principles and life span adjustments through the lens of Cognitive Behavior Therapy. It’s a joy witnessing children, adolescents and adults engage in the therapeutic relationship to understand and solve current or potential life issues.

    My why for becoming a counselor took flight after I found a safe place to land to share my own thoughts and feelings navigating this thing called life. You ever heard of it? Yep, that’s right, as a student, a teacher, a parent, a sibling, a spouse, a professional, no matter what your walk in life may be, the benefits of counseling services are endless.
