I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Texas. I specialize in helping folx navigate through masculine-related issues, grief & loss, PTSD, dating/sex/general anxiety, depression, intergenerational trauma, and race-related stress/anger.

My overall focus is to find a plan that best fits your unique needs. I will be collaborative, empathetic, and explorative while utilizing a culturally responsive, and trauma-informed approach. I tailor theoretical theories (which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative therapy, etc.) to help you reach your goals.

I currently facilitate group sessions geared toward racial equity, disparity, and awareness. I’ve helped individuals rehabilitate from incarceration back into society. I’ve worked with young, middle-aged, and elderly adults as a mental health therapist. Lastly, I’ve worked with children, families, youth, and adolescents in the Child Welfare System as well as with single parents, and mothers/fathers looking to co-parent.

My experiences have helped me see that beautiful things can come from harsh beginnings, and I want to help you find that truth. You are worthy of a life despite all the societal, cultural, environmental, and generational barriers you’ve faced. The journey to your healing awaits.
