I am Brandon L. King, LPC-S, a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in the state of Texas. I specialize in men’s issues and multicultural concerns, working with clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

My approach to therapy is non-traditional, conversational, and low stress. I believe therapy works best when clients feel comfortable, heard, and fully engaged. This is your session, and my goal is to create a space where you can show up as you are without pressure or judgment.

I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, change behaviors, and move toward the goals they want to achieve. I’m known for being down to earth and practical, which allows for honest conversations and real-world problem solving.

Before entering the mental health field, I spent nearly 10 years in public education as an English Language Arts teacher and later as a high school guidance counselor. These experiences shaped my understanding of development, relationships, and the challenges people face at different stages of life.

Outside of my professional work, I am a loving husband and the father of two young adult children, a daughter and a son. I believe my life experience, combined with my professional and educational background, allows me to meet clients where they are and support them on their journey through life.
